Qigong Workshops and Courses

Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi, based on the philosophy of Tai Chi draws on some of the best movements from Yang style Tai Chi Chuan. It is a beautiful, gentle, and flowing Qigong exercise routine that is both a delight to do and extremely relaxing.
Shibashi’s soothing rocking motions and gentle stretching movements aid circulation and digestion and help release the tension held in the muscles of the body. The upper body exercises and controlled breathing are good for improving lung conditions

Qigong workshops take place over one or two days, in various locations including Eastbourne, Hertford and London,Salisbury and in Poland; often in stunning landscapes or on the beach, weather permitting; otherwise in a very nice indoor space.

Workshops focus on exercises including Taiji Shibashi, 8 Brocade, Five Element and Spiraling forms. All workshops are accessible for all abilities and are presented in a way that is suitable for complete beginners, intermediate students, and with all the refinements necessary to progress more advanced practitioners.

All participants should bring outdoor clothing and footwear and a portable water container.

These courses are open to everyone, whether you have any previous experience or not.
