MID-WEEK 'ONE DAY PER WEEK' OPTIONS

| Learn the basic techniques and routines of shiatsu to practise on
family and friends. A selection of Acupressure first aid points and an
introduction to Yin/Yang and 5 Element theory. The foundation course
constitutes the first three weekends of the one year Practical Japanese Bodywork Certificate or the first year of the 3 year
Shiatsu Practitioner Diploma. This course runs over 6 days and costs £350.00. Stage 2 (18 days) will follow on in February2012. |

| The Foundation course teaches the basic techniques of Shiatsu in the 4 treatment positions equipping students with the skills to give relaxing treatments to friends and family. It also forms the first part of the 1-year Certificate in Shiatsu bodywork. |

Venue: Teaching Rooms, Cork. This 4-day workshop is a follow on from the 1-day introductory day. Covering basic techniques in face down, face up and sidelying sequences as well as basic Qi gong practice this stage is a requirement for those who wish to continue to the Shiatsu Bodywork Certificate course that will be due to start later in the year. |

| A mixed level course or a shiatsu holiday - Learn basic techniques and routines to practise on family and friends, acupressure points and an introduction to Yin/Yang and 5 Element theory.
This 6 day course will be an introduction to basic Shiatsu technique stands on its own and constitutes the beginning of the Shiatsu Bodywork Certificate or the first year of the Practitioner Diploma. We can also run the beginning of Stage two concurrent with stage 1 if required. |
